The 17^th annual Sélection des vins de Genève awards were held Wednesday 15 June at Geneva’s Hôtel de Ville in the presence of a large crowd from the worlds of hotels and restaurants, tourism and the wine industry. Gold medals were given to 51 wines and five special prizes were offered; the wines selected have the canton’s patronage for national and international wine competitions as well as presentations of Geneva wines at home and abroad.
